Consultation included with every package booking. Once the client package booking confirmation is sent our nursing staff will reach out within 24 hours. New clients are required to start with a package of 3. Clients who have gone 12+months without treatments must start with a package. Package Includes: Laser Lipo and Skin Tightening to the abdomen or back each session. Glow Bar Non-Invasive Lipo is done using lasers to shrink the fat cell membranes, allowing cells to release stored fat. Penetrates 10 layers of fat during each session. Contraindications: The following conditions MAY prevent clients from receiving certain treatments. We ask for honest and full disclosure of medical history during your initial consultation. *Menstrual Cycle (Do not schedule around this time of the month) *Diabetes *HIV *Pregnancy / Breast Feeding *Flu/Fever/Draining Sinus *Open Wounds *Sunburn and MORE Quazy Curves requires NEW mask worn at all times during appointments. The mask can only be issued by Quazy Curves. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid NO SHOW cancellation. Communication is always KEY. Before/After Hours: $35 Before 10 am or after 4:00 pm Reschedule Fee: $50 Convenience Fee: $15 (Staff Booking, Charge Backs etc) No Call-No Show-Non Payment Of Balance: ALL FUNDS LOST 🚨 If your waist is 36+ inches you will be charged additional $35 fee. Cancelation Policy

Services booked at a discounted rate are subject to a new deposit. Membership clients are allowed (1) $50 reschedule fee per package. Free sessions are no longer eligible for reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS To cancel or reschedule an appointment contact staff in writing via email 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. All deposits and payments made to the account are non-refundable/non-transferable unless approved by the owner. The full remaining balance will be due at the time of reschedule request. Approved credits and coupon codes will remain on active accounts for 30 days.
