We ask for honest and full disclosure of medical history during your initial consultation. *Menstrual Cycle (Do not schedule around this time of the month) *Diabetes *HIV *Pregnancy *Flu/Fever/Draining Sinus *Open Wounds *Sunburn and MORE Complimentary RF Skin Tightening will be added on as needed for up to (2) sessions. Quazy Curves requires NEW mask worn at all times during appointments. The mask can only be issued by Quazy Curves. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation. Communication is always KEY. Before/After Hours: Before 10 am or After 4:00 pm (Fee Applies)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment contact staff in writing via email 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. All deposits and payments made to the account are non-refundable/non-transferable unless approved by the owner. Approvals are valid on active accounts for 45 days. The full remaining balance will now be due at the time of reschedule request. Services booked at a discounted rate are subject to a reschedule fee depending on the session. Free sessions are no longer eligible for reschedule. Payments/Retainers lost will be used to cover the time slot secured just for your session. Snatch you soon! It's the clients responsibility to keep track of appointment times, invoices and due dates. Our system was designed to make this process run smoothly.
