Service Description

Virtual or In Person consultations allow our nurses to review medical history and discuss goals moving forward. Our team of medical professionals will be able to answer all questions and concerns at this time. All new clients MUST schedule a consultation first! A full body assessment will be conducted to determine the best package option. Sessions are recommended in 3's for the best results. New clients are required to start with a package. Virtual booking ONLY -> notate if we will be using Zoom, Meet or Face Time for the consultation. Contraindications: The following conditions MAY prevent clients from receiving certain treatments. We ask for honest and full disclosure of medical history during your initial consultation. *Menstrual Cycle (Do not schedule around this time of the month) *Diabetes *HIV *Pregnancy *Flu/Fever/Draining Sinus *Open Wounds *Sunburn and MORE Quazy Curves requires NEW mask worn at all times during appointments. The mask can only be issued by Quazy Curves. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation. Communication is always KEY. Before/After Hours: Before 10 am or After 4:00 pm (Fee Applies)


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment contact staff in writing via email 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. All deposits and payments made to the account are non-refundable/non-transferable unless approved by the owner. Approvals are valid on active accounts for 45 days. The full remaining balance and reschedule fees are now due at the time of reschedule request. Services booked at a discounted rate are subject to a new deposit/retainer to reschedule. Free sessions are no longer eligible for reschedule. Payments/Retainers lost will be used to cover the time slot secured just for your session. Snatch you soon! If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at quazycurves@gmail.com (preferred contact) Balances are paid via the invoice emailed immediately after booking or at the latest 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to submit payment on time will result in $10 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS It's the clients responsibility to keep track of appointment times, invoices and due dates. Our system was designed to make this process run smoothly. You will be sent confirmations and reminders as well. If staff has to constantly lookup information a fee will be associated. Clients are encourage to make an account via our website to keep track of account for free. Be Accountable!
