Cancelation Policy

Services booked at a discounted rate are subject to a new deposit. Membership clients are allowed (1) $50 reschedule fee per package. Free sessions are no longer eligible for reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS To cancel or reschedule an appointment contact staff in writing via email 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. All deposits and payments made to the account are non-refundable/non-transferable unless approved by the owner. The full remaining balance will be due at the time of reschedule request. Approved credits and coupon codes will remain on active accounts for 30 days. It's the clients responsibility to keep track of appointment times and due dates. Our system was designed to make this process run smoothly. You will be sent confirmations and reminders as well.
