Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment contact staff in writing via email 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. All deposits and payments made to the account are non-refundable/non-transferable unless approved by the owner. Approvals are valid on active accounts for 45 days. The full remaining balance and reschedule fees are now due at the time of reschedule request. Services booked at a discounted rate are subject to a new deposit/retainer to reschedule. Free sessions are no longer eligible for reschedule. Payments/Retainers lost will be used to cover the time slot secured just for your session. Snatch you soon! Failure to submit payment on time will result in $10 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS It's the clients responsibility to keep track of appointment times, invoices and due dates.
