Cancellation Policy
Please contact staff via email if any adjustments are needed within 48 hours of booking. Click the link at the bottom of our website's homepage to complete the consent form. An additional consent form will be emailed to clients scheduled for Lemon Bottle Infusions. Quazy Curves provides services to adults (18+). Everyone is required to be accountable for adhering to our policies. No Kids-No Recording-No Extra Guest Remaining balances are due upon receipt of invoice or at the latest 24 hours prior to appointment time. NO EXCEPTIONS! Clients are encouraged to create an account under the "Members Login" option via website. This provides immediate access to scheduled appointments, orders placed etc. Keep in mind treatments are an investment into your overall well-being. Don't cheat yourself out of getting the best results. A balanced diet, cardio, full body toning, a balanced diet and increased water intake are mandatory in achieving and maintaining results. It's up to each client to follow through with lifestyle changes. All deposits/retainers are non-refundable. Clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. Being late is disrespectful to our staff and clients. We understand things happen, it's helpful to communicate with staff in advance. Arriving late will unfortunately result in cancellation or deduction in time of treatment. Policy Updates: Full balance must be paid at the time of reschedule request. (1) $50 Reschedule fee per package. Additional request require a new deposit/retainer. Complimentary or Discounted services are no longer eligible for rescheduling. Plus size fee may apply to certain treatments due to additional time and supplies needed. Please reschedule if you display any symptoms of being sick. Even if it's sinus related, no exceptions will be made. If a client fails to do so the appointment will be canceled. All payments will be lost and used to cover the secured slot. If asked to leave due to being disruptive all payments/retainers will be forfeited. All remaining sessions will be lost as well.
