Service Description

I’ve made accommodations to help clients handle all rescheduling on their own. This is the first step in rescheduling your session with Quazy. $50 Fee Applies + $5 Tax & Processing Fee (Membership Holders are allowed one courtesy reschedule) Different rules apply for discounted services. (Review Policy) Follow the steps listed below... Select a new date available on the Calendar that best fits your availability. Please mention in the notes section the original service and date being rescheduled so the correct amount of time can be blocked off. Rescheduling fee will be due at the time of securing appointment via this booking. Quazy Curves requires NEW mask worn at all times during appointments. The mask can only be issued by Quazy Curves. Effective June 21st, 2022 : After 2 ($50) rescheduling of the same appointment have been granted a new deposit will be required. Snatch you soon! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid NO SHOW cancellation. Communication & Accountability is always KEY. It's the clients responsibility to keep up with appointments. Our site provides email confirmation and 24 hour reminders. Constant rescheduling takes away time slots that could of gone to another potential booking.

Cancellation Policy

Effective 6/21/2022: Services booked using promotional discounts are subject to a new deposit. The $50 reschedule fee options will not apply. Funds lost will be used to cover the time slot secured just for your session. Be Accountable! Requests to reschedule more than once within the same package will require a new deposit to secure a future time slot. Free sessions are no longer eligible for reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS To cancel or reschedule an appointment contact staff in writing via email prior to scheduled appointment. Staff will respond at our earliest convenience and redirect you to the reschedule booking tab. All deposits and payments made to the account are non-refundable/non-transferable unless approved by the owner. Full balance will be due at the time of first reschedule to avoid losing ALL funds applied to the account. Please be mindful and considerate of everyone involved. Submit payments and please be on time to every appointment. (review policy) Approved credits will remain on active accounts for 30 days. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at (preferred contact) Balances are paid via invoice emailed. It's the clients responsibility to keep track of appointment times and due dates. Our system was designed to make this process run smoothly. You will be sent confirmations and reminders as well. If staff has to lookup information a fee will be associated. Be Accountable!
